2B Imaging Incorporated (“2B Imaging”) built the 2B Imaging App for iOS devices. This Service is provided by 2B Imaging and is intended for use as described in this notice.

Information We Collect

We collect limited information to operate and improve our app and services. The 2B Imaging iOS App is designed to function primarily offline and store imaging data locally on your device. Any data shared externally is done so only with your explicit consent.

1. Information You Provide

User Content (Photos & Videos):

The app allows users to capture photos and videos through the slit lamp using an iPhone camera. These images are stored locally on the user’s device and are not automatically uploaded or transmitted outside of the local network or cloud storage.

Optional AI Submissions:

Users may choose to send anonymized photos to external artificial intelligence (AI) systems (such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or other compatible large language models) for image interpretation or educational purposes.

All identifying data (such as patient name, date of birth, ID numbers) are removed or masked before transmission.

Submission to an AI service is entirely optional and user-initiated.

Support Requests:

If you contact 2B Imaging support, we may collect your name, email address, and details of your inquiry to respond appropriately.

2. Automatically Collected Information

Technical Data:

We may collect basic diagnostic and performance data to ensure the app functions properly. This may include anonymized device information such as your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and crash reports.

Website Analytics:

When you visit our website (www.2bimaging.com), we may collect standard web analytics data such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit, through cookies or analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
